Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and support to residents
• Observe, monitor, and document resident health and vital signs
• Collaborate with RNs and Unit Managers on care plans and medical histories
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and state regulations
• Support a professional, collaborative, and compassionate care environment

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Massachusetts
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
• Dedication to providing high-quality, resident-focused care

Schedule & Pay

• $7,200 per month
• Shift Differentials: $1.00/hour, $1.50/hour, and $2.00/hour for weekend shifts
• All shifts available: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions
