About the Opportunity

We are actively seeking reliable and compassionate Licensed Nursing Aides (LNAs/CNAs) to join our partner's charming, well-maintained, 90-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in scenic Bennington, VT.

The facility houses a specialty Dementia Unit and a specialty Huntington’s Disease unit. Our staff is committed to ensuring the highest quality of life and care for all our residents, in a warm, nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily hygiene and personal care needs
• Change bed linens and ensure a clean, comfortable environment
• Assist residents in preparing for activity and social programs
• Answer calls for assistance promptly and professionally
• Monitor residents closely and report any concerns or changes in condition to the nurse
• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of medical records and documentation
• Communicate with patients’ and residents’ family or friends as required
• Maintain flexibility with work schedule to address unpredictable needs

Qualifications

• Current VT LNA certification required
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work in a team environment
• Strong ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism in a dynamic setting
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and best practices
• Competent in EMR entry (experience with Point Click Care is a plus)

Schedule & Pay

• $4,700 per month
• Flexible schedules: Day, Evening, and Night positions available
• Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem opportunities offered
• $2.00 Evening and Weekend Shift Differential
• Access to earned wages prior to payday
