About the Opportunity

We are seeking attentive and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our partner facility's caring team. You will be essential to delivering resident-centered care by assisting nurses and other medical staff with daily personal care and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support residents with daily activities
• Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Turn and reposition residents who require assistance
• Respond to patient calls and requests, providing comfort and care
• Communicate observations about resident conditions to nursing staff and supervisors
• Document care accurately using forms, logs, and reports
• Follow facility policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality
• Participate in ongoing CNA training and stay current with facility standards
• Contribute to a positive work environment by proactively assisting the team

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA Certification
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of nursing care and patient safety standards
• Friendly and professional bedside manner
• Strong communication, multitasking, and observational skills
• Understanding of legal and ethical responsibilities in patient care

Schedule & Pay

• Flexible scheduling: day, evening, night, weekend, and per-diem shifts available
• $3,680 per month, plus shift differentials
• Comfortable staffing ratios to provide quality care
