About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our partner's skilled nursing facility. You will be an integral part of the interdisciplinary care team, helping to change the lives of our patients and residents each day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of bedside nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment
• Conduct patient assessments and develop effective care plans
• Manage and oversee patient care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and problem-solving initiatives
• Respect the dignity of all individuals and provide high-quality continuous care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Program
• Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in an acute care or long-term care setting preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a pre-placement physical and criminal background check

Schedule & Pay

• $6,500 per month
• Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions available
• Shift options: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
